In an effort to enhance the benefits and advantages for its loyal customers, LUKOIL has upgraded its Loyalty Program for individual clients. By issuing LUKOIL CLUB cards and launching a mobile application, members can earn points and access exclusive benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program.

Users of LUKOIL CLUB cards (or the mobile application) accumulate points for every liter of fuel purchased at LUKOIL service stations, as well as for any additional products bought at these locations. Notably, in LUKOIL Macedonia, members can use their collected points without restrictions for purchasing a wider assortment of products or fuel by simply presenting the mobile application or LUKOIL CLUB card.
